Phosphatidylserine has a beneficial effect on the functions of the central nervous system, such as attention, perception, memory and association. Phosphatidylserine has a positive effect on glucose metabolism in the brain, from numerous clinical trials it appears that phosphatidylserine affects cognitive ability. Taking phosphatidylserine allows to mitigate negative changes in the area of memory and concentration.
